In essence, vibrocompressed pavement tiles are artificial stones, with their own texture and original appearance. They can withstand high loads, up to 600 kg per square meter.
Vibrocomplressed pavement tiles are distinguished by resistance not only to physical impact. Their porous structure allows the tiles to “breathe”, which increases the number of freezing-thawing cycles: up to 300. The low water-cement ratio also indicates resistance to chemical effects of the environment.
Products made with vibration presses are characterized by precision of geometrical dimensions. Various shades of red, brown, orange, yellow, green and black can be achieved.
